Cozy double ensuite with an extra single bed in Malahide Guest Rooms

Cosy, comfortable, clean, convenient. Positive: The triple room was perfect for 1 night for myself, my husband and two young children. The host was very accommodating about providing extra blankets and pillows for our 4 year old's "floor bed". I appreciated her allowing the four of us to stay in one room rather than forcing a two-room booking as some hotels do. Everything was super clean, comfortable, and cosy. The tea/coffee/water bottles available in the room were wonderful, as were the drinks and board games in the sitting room. We didn't use the kitchen facilities, but opted to walk to town for meals instead, but it all looked clean and welcoming. Easy walking distance to town and Malahide castle (which also has dining options for families for breakfast). Negative: Nothing! Everything was excellent. A basic continental breakfast would made this guesthouse an outstanding experience, however, they are very clear on their website that there is no breakfast, and there is plenty to walk to.

Malahide Guestrooms Positive: The location and setting were very nice. We had a triple room with ensuite bathroom. Our hostess was very welcoming and accomodating. Negative: Our room was very warm even with the window open and the room was cramped for 3 adults. The bathroom felt a bit like an airplane toilet. The queen bed seemed smaller than 60 inches and not very comfortable but fine for 1 night.

Perfect spot and would return without a concert Positive: We were in Malahide for a concert and it was very convenient. Despite this it was quite peaceful. Would stay here again with no qualms. Tia was an absolute star. Nothing was too much trouble and a real asset Negative: Nothing to complain about

Positive: Walking distance from the town. Bathroom was amazing with a mirror that had blue tooth capabilities.

Positive: Beautiful house. Clean and welcoming. Tia was fantastic. Loved talking with her! Nice little walk into the village.
